HVAC Repair KC is a lead generation service that connects homeowners with licensed HVAC contractors in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We are not an HVAC company and do not perform HVAC services directly. We do not employ the contractors who contact you.
2. Independent Contractors
All HVAC service providers we refer are independent contractors, not employees or agents of HVAC Repair KC. We pre-screen contractors for licensing and insurance, but we do not supervise or control the work they perform. You are responsible for independently verifying a contractor’s credentials before authorizing any work.
3. No Guarantee of Service
While we make reasonable efforts to connect you with a qualified contractor promptly, we do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that you will receive a response within any specific timeframe, or that you will be satisfied with the contractor’s work or pricing.
4. No Obligation to Hire
Submitting a request on our site creates no obligation for you to hire any contractor we refer. There is no fee charged to homeowners for using our service.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a service request. False or misleading submissions may result in your information being blocked from our system.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Repair KC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our referral service or from any work performed by a referred contractor. Our total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed $0, as our service is provided free of charge to homeowners.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVAC Repair KC, its owners, and operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or your violation of these Terms.
8. Disputes with Contractors
Any disputes regarding the quality, pricing, or outcome of HVAC work must be resolved directly with the contractor. HVAC Repair KC is not a party to such disputes and accepts no liability for contractor performance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
